Soulful 7 Conversations: All Things (Peri)Menopause

This may seem like a break from our normal programming, but it’s actually not. I believe that God’s desires for us is to flourish in all seasons of our lives! The (Peri)Menopause transition for women presents many uncomfortable changes, symptoms and challenges in mind, body and spirit. Thankfully, the medical community is taking women’s desire to flourish during this period seriously. It still remains hard to know what is safe, true, and healthy. A couple of weeks ago, I hosted a Menopause Symposium and invited three of my friends and Nashville’s very best doctors to answer questions and offer us hope! The conversation was fruitful! I came away with a multitude of ways I could improve my daily life!!!! I hope you will take a listen and pass along to your tribe of women!!
