Some exciting news! I have a new book coming out this fall: SOULFULL, A Devotional for the Mind, Body and Spirit. It is the realization of a big dream with lots of heart and prayers behind it. I wanted my Bread and Honey community to be the first to know!

SOULFULL is my “encyclopedia” of hope. It is brimming with spiritual reflections, prayers, recipes, and soul joy activities to nurture a more sacred daily existence. I tackle the exquisite and transcendent components of our human reality, as well as the heart-breaking and soul-flattening ones. Touch points of hope can be found in nature, in relationships, in experiences of awe, in creativity, in the magic that happens around the dining room table, in prayer and in love of our neighbor. SOULFULL is also about handling setbacks and the willingness to keep plodding forward in the seasons of life that test every sinew and heartstring. Too often, we are just making it through instead of making this one precious life of ours unforgettable—sacred.

Just as important are my meditations and prayers for finding healing, peace, and faith in the challenging seasons of our lives. My goal is to fill your soul to overflowing!
